Kick-off Meeting

Three representatives from the organizations in Italy and Cyprus and four from the Bulgaria attended the opening conference, which was held in Rome, Italy. They met with the Italian administrators and team, as well as with the trainers and professors from the Cypriot and the Bulgarian sides. We shaped the final program, format, and methodology of the training and the seminar for developing the green facilities.

With the help of our Italian colleagues, we also prepared all documentation related to the project - declarations, safety and other briefings, attendance lists, reporting forms, GDPR, risk management plans, cost justification documents, and final selection criteria. Based on the results of the surveys and research we did among our working teams and target groups, we assessed together the specific challenges each organization faces and the needs of its activists and target groups.
