Competence Building Training

Three of the most active teachers and six youngsters from each country attended the training at the educational base of our Bulgarian partners. They were selected according to the criteria we set during the kick-off meeting. The training was led by the most experienced educators of our partners' educational bio-farm and professors from the Pedagogical faculty of Plovdiv University in Smolyan. It consisted of several modules:

The first assessed the participants' current knowledge and helped them set their personal goals for the training. The trainers of the facilitation school lead the next. One included workshops on motivating poor-performing students and changing bad habits to healthy and ecological ones through the methods of the British psychologist Raj Persaud. The other was about techniques for social inclusion of fewer opportunities and marginalized students, based on adapted non-violent communication and emotional intelligence workshops.
