A Classroom with Feathers — Our Experience at the Quail Farm 🐦

Our quail farm doesn’t look like a normal classroom, but it might be the best one I’ve ever had.

We observe the quails regularly - how they behave, how they eat, how they grow. We clean, feed them, and keep track of changes. Our teachers help us understand what we’re seeing, but they also let us ask questions and find answers ourselves.

We also learned about composting and how waste can become something useful. It felt good knowing that the farm works in a sustainable way, and that even the eggs produced there help support students and families in need.

Since we started working at the farm, I spend less time online and more time doing something meaningful. Watching life so closely really changes how you think.
